The backbone of Two-Tone is the naturally processed Brazil Mantiqueira. This coffee comes from the Rio Verde Valley Coffee Growers Regional Cooperative (COCARIVE). COCARIVE is headquartered in Carmo de Minas a hillside micro-region the of Serra da Mantiqueira.

Alone the Mantiqueira is complex, with a tropical acidity, jammy berry, long chocolate and hazelnut.

To rein in the Mantiqueira, we blend it 40% with a stone fruit forward El Salvador from the producer Los Chelazos.
